LCS-1 Visit To Boston

Sunday, December 7th, 2008

LCS-1 USS Freedom stopped at the Charlestown Naval Yard in Boston this weekend and managed to take a quick tour and get a few photos. Click for larger versions.

Freedom Two Boston 12-08 Freedom One Boston 12-08 Freedom 57MM Bofors
Freedom Three Boston 12-08 Freedom Aft Ram Constitution

Kudos to the Navy and crew for hosting the tours today. The snow and the wind off that water was a killer however these are the kinds of events that help Americans understand where their tax dollars go to work.
