Anti Aircraft Artillery

Anti Aircraft Artillery is a cheap way to discourage aircraft from overflying your territory. The most effective form is the radar directed AAA site. Manually aimed variants being little more than a distraction unless luck intervenes. The best way for aircraft to avoid AAA is fly high.
